4 OLD GIT JIMBOS WEDNESDAY FOOTBALL RESULTS/UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE

Hi there.

In my last blog I said I would be offering you football/forecasts/tips.

Well if it’s just tips you want then go to the bottom of this page.

If you want the tips but are ready to read further to  see what you can save by buying your team shirt @ http://www.myteamshirts.co.uk then read on.

Before you do, these coffee mugs are an addition to our product range and can be personalised for you.

The one displayed here is of Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club.

THESE SHIRTS HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE!

4 WAY SHIRTS – these are totally UNIQUE!

We are so proud of our NEW 4-way shirts.

Followers of my blogs know that I am a BLACKBURN ROVERS fan and that my family roots belong to CHORLEY.

I have my own PERSONALISED 2 WAY HOME & AWAY shirt of BLACKBURN ROVERS on the outside & when the shirt is turned INSIDE OUT it is a 2 WAY HOME & AWAY shirt of CHORLEY F.C. (Magpies).

So do you get the concept of 4 shirts in one as shown in the example above?
A HOME & AWAY shirt of one club (Blackburn) and a HOME & AWAY of another club (Chorley). Each team shirt can be turned around and worn to an AWAY MATCH as required!
I wear my Blackburn shirt for Blackburn matches and when I go to watch Chorley, I turn it inside out.

Are any of you Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors fans?

We can supply you with both in the same way as the Blackburn/Chorley shirts and all for the price of one shirt.

There is also our special customised club LOGO (see our separate page for these) showing the HISTORICAL achievements of your club, or clubs, on the shirt, and if your PROUD club record is not noticed on the front logo, it sure will be on the back!

We at MiTeamShirts have just designed (believe it or not) a  4-way shirt for MANCHESTER UNITED & LEEDS UNITED on the same shirt for 2 guys who are the best of friends but support these two different clubs in different divisions, and they are going to wear them at matches.

While you are on our website, http://www.myteamshirts.co.uk  have a look at the club shirts. I think you will be amazed at the choices available to you for the PRICE OF ONE SHIRT.

Our shirts are priced from £25.00 upto £35.00 from our mobile shop and £40.00 online, AND you are getting DOUBLE SHIRTS for the price of one.

The Recommended Retail Price of most adult football shirts varies from £39.99 to £59.99. We have visited several football club stores and noticed that many of them are selling their shirts for around £60.00. Based on those prices our shirts are a giveaway, when you consider how many possible combinations  there are!

As an alternative to a second team on the inside you can have the international shirt of your choice.

SCHOOLS & LOCAL LEAGUE CLUB SAVINGS

Think about this as an alternative to what schools and local clubs are paying for 2 SHIRTS.

Normally, for 15 players, they are paying £600 for HOME SHIRTS and £600 for the AWAY SHIRTS which is £1200.

We can supply HOME & AWAY REVERSIBLE SHIRTS for half the cost.

WE CAN SUPPLY ANY TEAM COMBINATIONS OF YOUR CHOICE.

Don’t delay in placing your orders for Xmas because we have deadlines to keep.

For those of you who may be interested, one of my favourite pastimes is football betting, and so far this season I have had a very high  success rate.

Here are my football tips for THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MATCHES Thursday 8 NOV that I have already placed bets on.

I WILL PUBLISH  THE RESULTS FOR TONIGHTS EUROPA  LEAGUE MATCHES ON FRIDAY.

Bear in mind that I don’t accept any responsibility if you lose any money.

Don’t bet, if you’re not sure, so  check them out first.

You can choose to follow the matches without placing a bet, just to see if my suggested forecasts are profitable.

Here they are below that I predict will ALL finish with at least 2.5 goals or more.

This is a bet of 4 matches.

The  group of  matches consists of 15 bets Which are called LUCKY 15

4 single bets at               =  4 x £2.50 =    £10

6 doubles                         =   6 x £1.00 =    £6

4 trebles                           =   4 x £0.80 =   £3.20

1 accumulator/4 fold  =    1 x £0.80p = £0.80p

Total stake of £20.00p. You could halve these suggested stakes to £10 if you don’t totally trust my forecasts.

I showed a loss on Tuesdays forecasts but combining Wednesdays success the bets showed a profit, which as I have already said is the main aim.

I suggested following the forecasts for Thursday  with the matches below and these are the results and profit .

Athletico Bilbao  2 v 3  Olympique Lyononais

Marseille                   2 v 2 Borussia Munchengladbach

Sporting Lisbon    1 v 1 Genk

Udinese                       2 v3Young Boys Bern

This was a total of 15 bets

As you can see I had 3 matches correct and one loss but I made a PROFIT OF £5.90 to a £20 stake.

If you want to test these type of bet you can stake 15 x 50p = £7.50 or place bets as I have suggested earlier so as to limit any possible losses.

You can multiply by 15  just what stakes you choose.

Idid forecast that the total goals in each of these matches would be over 2.5. Which meant that if any match finished at least 2:1, 3:0, 1:2 or 0:3 then that match was a good result. If over 3 goals then that is ok and it doesn’t matter who won!!.

If I had forecast 3.5 goals on Wednesdays matches then the odds and profit would have been greater because all 3 matches produced above 3.5 goals, but that is with hindsight, which we know is a wonderful thing.

If one result is less than 2.5 then you will still show a profit of approx 20% from the other 3.

The secret in betting is to always try and make a profit over a period of time and never chase your losses.

You can test drive my forecasts just by checking the final results without placing a bet.

Good Luck.

That’s all for now folks, so take care and stay safe.

Hi Guys

Obviously you’re on my blog @ www.miteamshirts.com .Our website addresses are  www.mits-online.co.uk  or www.myteamshirts.co.uk . Our e-mail address is info@mits-online.co.uk

I would like to know wether you enjoy reading a particular blog or not. The best way you can tell me is by replying and making your comment. I will try to make it easier for you. In the next few lines below you will see some text that you can just COPY and PASTE  and put into your REPLY/COMMENT.

Hi Jimbo, I’ts (YOUR NAME) here and I agree/don’t agree with some some of your comments. This is my opinion etc, etc. (YOUR COMMENT).That’s all you have to do. Just delete the words that aren’t relevant in your view.

In my blog last week, I asked if their would still be a Manchester club in Europe this week.

Well this morning we now know.

The City of Manchester will no longer be represented in European football in 2012.

Athletic Bilbao outplayed  Man Utd NOT by attacking on the break but by continually chasing down the ball when the defensive players had the ball.

I think that the Bibao forwards showed how to pressurise a poor United defence by continually harrassing them with their energy.

There are not many English defensive players who are comfortable on the ball. Most foreign defensive players are happy with the ball at their feet.

Our English players cannot cope with the ball skills (and DIVING/CHEATING) of many foreign players and that contributed to their loss.

Man City came up against a very good Sporting Lisbon side who displayed the same skills they had shown in the first leg when Joe Hart was heroic with some of his saves..

The Portuguese looked far more likely to score when they attacked than City did.

I will hold my hand up by saying that both Manchester clubs came up against 2 very good European teams over 2 legs and, without making any aftermatch excuses

they were both well beaten.

I predict that both managers will say in their aftermatch press conferences that they can now concentrate on winning the Premiership.

I think City are best equipped to win the Barclaycard Premiership because United have a lot of youth but a few fading stars.

If City don’t win it, I think Mancini will be another statistic in City’s list of ‘sacked managers’.

Just a short blog this time because there’s not much to say after last nights’ dissappointing display from both Manchester clubs. The RED of United is for their ‘BLUSHES and EMBARRASSMENT’ and the BLUE of City is because they should be feeling the ‘BLUES’.

So until my next blog, take care.

Would you buy a shirt off this 'Old Git?

Hiya Guys

Well Man Utd have answered the question I asked in my last blog.

They went into todays game trailing City by 2 points, and at the end of the day they are leading by one point and have also reduced the goal difference deficit.

My forecast was a 3:1 win for  United at home to West Brom,  tho they won 2:0. At least I got the goal difference correct.

I forecast  City for a 2:2 draw at Swansea  because I couldn’t see them beating Swansea. I was going well til Swansea scored in the last 10 minutes..

That result will not give City any confidence going into this weeks UEFA match against Sporting Lisbon.

Looks as tho  Wigan are still fighting to stave off relegation with a well earned and deserved 1:1 draw at

Norwich .

I’ve just been watching Spanish La Liga.  Racing Club Santander v Barcelona. Messi has just scored his 50th goal in 43 matches. Last season it took him 49 matches to record his 50th goal, what a player.

Many years ago (50/60’s I think) a well known player on Merseyside (Dixie Dean) scored 60 goals in a season, there were in those days approx 46 games in a season. In those days, when you take into account the muddy quagmire pitches and a ball that absorbed the mud and water, making it heavy, it makes me ask the question how would  Dixie have figured in today’s modern game?

Another thought for you before I sign off. How much would a Georgie Best in his Man Utd pomp have been transferred for in today’s market?  What a team including Best, Messi and Iniesta that would have been?

Well that’s it for another blog.

Hope you had a good weekend, take care

‘Old Git’ Jimbo
